The Flying Roo is in the Poo
Being a Qantas executive can't be fun these days: You have the Virgin Group nipping at your back at home and overseas, British Airways doesn't want to know you (and has a few troubles of their own), you're gaining a reputation for running shoddy old aircraft, and vast swaths of the Australian public chooses you last.

i've never had any problem with qantas and so i'm confused by the fuss.
