Remember hearing about those days when adverts were actually part of the show? As in Lucy & Desi spruiking for cigarettes? Well, the morning chat shows down here in the Antipodes still use that form of advertising. Most of them are mind-numbingly camp (yet still not as annoying as the full half-hour beasts.)
