Forget the economy.
Forget the bait-and-switch mortgages.
The main reason I hate this real estate boom is that sodding crane across the street.
Today there's a High Wind Advisory (up to 60+ mph) and this thing is just swaying back and forth and back and forth. I don't need to have a Roland Emmerich special effect in the making right outside my window. I'm pretty certain the people in the surrounding three other buildings feel the same way.
