First it was the Supermodels saying they want to be paid in Euros.
Then it was shops in the US accepting Euros.
Now organised crime and drug dealers are--according to the ABC--wanting to conduct monetary transactions in currencies other than the Canadian & US dollars.
Ouch.

even more bizarre (to my mind, at least) is that canadian organized crime is into "illegal logging" as well as drugs. now, i've heard of mules swallowing condoms filled with cocaine, but i just can't imagine where they'd hide those logs.
