From the "Sometimes The Obvious Needs To Be Restated" Department

Bigotry is hard to get rid of beyond the surface level.

How terribly mind-blowing, although I shouldn't really be that flip about it.

Yet, in all honesty, is this really that shocking to those of us outside the demographic majority?

ironically, some of the comments that are made below the article are openly divisive. there's no attempt at hiding any "dark impulses" online.
