funny, but i think it's a civic duty to vote in an election, but not in a primary or caucus.
For a minority in Mequon...it is.
Tons of reasons ranging from Russ Anderson to James Sensenbrenner to the fact that it's a suburb of one of the most segregated cities in the North, but when it all comes down to it--this is the typical Mequon resident--especially the ones that vote:http://www.mequonnow.com/blog/?blogid=156
