Thank you for sharing that photograph! New Orleans has been my "second" vacation home for the past 15 years and I feel guilty, sitting here in air conditioned comfort in Florida.
Our government has been very slow to react to this devastation and the residents are justified in their anger. I'm outraged at the needless looting although if it were for food and medical supplies, I think I would help.
All we can do at this time is hope, pray and send money. We all need to do our share!
I look forward to your impression of this horrific disaster.
