Not only because this part of the internet believes that Siberia would be much better off as an independent entity, but also because would you really want to be associated with a nation that considers him a gay sex symbol?
I can see (if not agree with) why Putin could be considered handsome WITH CLOTHES ON!
Bare-chested, however?

henry kissinger once said "power is the ultimate afrodisiac." so, if putin is any kind of gay sex symbol, i think it must be because he's the man in charge in russia. either that or russian gays have a major daddy fetish. ;-)
World leaders with out shirts seems to be a trend...let us not forget that we recently had air brushed pics of the president of France gracing magazine covers.

I've learned thru the years that no matter how handsome an older a man is with clothes on .... time and gravity changes the body!
There's just so much exercise, nipping and tucking one can do in an attempt to maintain that youthful appearance....
It's so much easier and more attractive to be clean, well groomed, well dressed and healthy!
