Here's an old one (inasmuch as 2002 could be "old"). Mondo Grosso & BoA's Everything Needs Love (which does actually have proper, but still awkward to native Anglophone ears English lyrics), from the album Next Wave.
New Yorkers, you can play "I've been there" with this video, although I suspect that 34th street photo was not from 2002.
It's a shame that BoA didn't debut in the US with this, it could've given her a bit of a cult following.
