Because the one decent dance song, "Sinada" (and mark my words Romania will always send a dance song) got through to the Grand Final.
You can have your Swedish redneck nonsense, cloying multilingual love songs, Romanian country music, and whatever you'd classify "Crazy" as, but at least the one song I like out of the whole lot got through.
Because god has a sense of humour, watch "Dracula, My Love"* go straight into the final after next week's semi.
* God, I wish I was making that up. There really is a song called "Dracula, My Love" in the Romanian Semi-Final. And yes, it's another dance pop song.
