The little series that could is back again for another volume, and this part of the internet is frankly happy, because well...I like camp, and it certainly looks like it's getting progressively campier based on the volume 2 previews (kidnapping by rejects from Deliverance?)
Even more hilarious, I just received a (presumably mass) email from the creators suggesting that fans of The Closet petition several networks to air the show (again) : Amongst the suggestions: HBO, Showtime, FX, Bravo, or A&E. The rationale? The relative absence of masculine black gay male characters on television (uh huh).
Listen to that dialogue and decide for yourself.
I say be real gutsy and put it on TV One.

i'd never heard of that show before. thanks for calling it to attention.
there's something about all those gay shows (queer as folk, noah's arc, the l word, etc.) that's just so cheesy -- and a really stinky cheese like roquefort at that!
yet, as much as i writhe in agony while viewing them, i simply cannot stop watching those shows. they're like car crashes... every time you pass one by, you're disturbed by what you see, but it's impossible to turn your head away.
