The chances of Antwerp 2009 grow dimmer by the second. That said, the Belgians (Walloon division) sent Sanomi, that yckiejnrpnei song that made it to 2nd in 2003 (beating even tATu at the height of their fame/hype). Not that this is even in the same league.

Almost makes you wonder why S4C & STV haven't petitioned the EBU for the UK to be partitioned into English, Scottish, and Welsh entries?
and maybe switzerland and spain should get 4 separate entries for each one of their 4 official languages.
