The hype behind Heathrow's new Terminal 5 came crashing down yesterday, as everything went balls up with the conveyor belt.
Perhaps fears of lost luggage keeps the UK from winning Eurovision.
Off-topic update: This post marks the 900th entry for Hikaruland, which has been going for 3 1/4 years. I don't know which fact shocks me more.

i just wish they'd put some more people at the heathrow immigration desks (the people who review your passport and make sure that you have proper authorization to enter). depending on the time of day, those lines can be brutally long.
