Stephen "I LOVE GEORGE W" Harper, the current PM of Canada is alleged to have plagarised a speech by John "I LOVED GEORGE W FROM THE START" Howard, the old Australian PM.
George W Bush was not available for comment, but offered to send the pair to Judge Judy.

well, to be fair, it was the pm's the speechwriter who plagiarized the material (and also took full blame). of couse, it may be that the speechwriter was merely falling on his sword (or pen) for the pm -- but that's still significantly different from the "pm plagiarizes speech" headline.
