The Chickens Come Home To Roost (Part 51)

Today's Sydney Morning Herald has an article discussing the uproar amongst several Australians who have donated to the fascist, xenophobic, and just plain disturbing British National Party (think the KKK as a political party).

The reactions are rather absurd and completely devoid of self-awareness in my opinion, preferring to mask their bigotry under wanting to reduce immigration. (Well, perhaps not that 24 year old swim coach--who has never even been to the UK).

I have a message for that swim coach: I was in Brixton and Soho when David Copeland bombed them, he may have claimed to act alone, but the BNP helped groom him into the monster he was.

the 24 year old australian swim coach supports the bnp, which believes that "foreigners [meaning non-whites] should be sent home [meaning some other country]."

but if that same policy were to be adopted in australia (using the same oddly-defined terms of "foreigner" and "home"), then the aborigines would have to deport the same australian swim coach to the uk.

and if the australian swim coach is so concerned about whether britons become a "minority in their own country," then shouldn't he move back to the uk (so as to bolster his "people" for lack of a better term)?

the mind boggles.
