Personally, given the industry that is Noriko Sakai, I wouldn't be surprised if there is quick divorce.
Unless she's keen on doing a remake of A Star Is Born.

i'd love to know what kind of penalties sakai faces. the article says that "possessing stimulants... is a major crime in Japan" but doesn't specify how many years in prison she could get. if the laws are that strict, it would be understandable that she fled.
