Since English is growing in usage, it becomes more important that people using English (be they native Anglophones or not) try to get it right. Otherwise it reads like gibberish. So I am quite happy to read that Shanghai & the nearby provincial governments are making a big push to get rid of poor English translations prior to next year's World Expo.
