According to DotEurovision, NBC is interested in bringing a US version of the Eurovision Song Contest.
Wisely enough, they're making it a multi-week competition, because frankly the thought of having to wade through entries and votes from 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the remains of the old Trust Territory over one night would be masochistic.
I am now terrified of what salient horror Wisconsin will come up with. All I know is that Illinois will give us zip, just like we won't give any to Minnesota. New York is pretty safe though.
