It Keeps You Pondering, My Valentine

I have always been a bit indifferent to Valentine's Day, even when I wasn't single. It just never seemed to interest me that much. My belief is if you love somebody you don't need a special day for a bunch of ostentatious gestures to show it. Still, it's quite funny how a Christian martyr during the age of the Romans became the catalyst for a day where jewelry companies, florists, chocolatiers, and resturants all make huge money.
