Apparently tact and decorum is not part of efficiency.

i agree that these moves show a complete lack of tact.
however, i also thinks it's pretty funny that they sacked people after filming them in a holiday sing-a-long that will e broadcast through the rest of this month.
of course, i do feel sorry for those who have lost their jobs. it sucks being laid off or fired -- especially in a bad economy. but it's not the end of the world, either. sooner or later, these people will find new jobs, and very very few (if any) will end up homeless or malnourished.

I also thought it is pretty funny as well.
