I guess Public Enemies must be a better movie than Australia, because apparently Wisconsin's Department of Tourism, and the ones from the other nearby states (Illinois, Indiana) plus one that may make sense to Dillinger history buffs (Arizona) are banking that people are going to be dying to see the locales featured in the film.
It may be good, it may be bad, but after the Australia debacle, I can't help but be a bit cynical.

the movie may or may not be a success, but there will definitely not be an uptick in tourism to the midwest as a result of it.
