There may be a sudden increase in angry postings

As per the surgeon's request, I gave up smoking this past Sunday (a little less than the mandatory two weeks but close). At first, I thought this was a bunch of hokum, but after reading some of the reasons why, I think I'm going to have to follow the damn rules this time.

This is not going to be pleasant whatsoever. I understand roid rage now.
