Remember my plans for what sort of shows I would greenlight if I was a NBC network executive?
Apparently, I had a partial mind-meld with Aaron Sorkin and Thomas Schlamme, because they won the bidding war for a pilot entitled Studio 7, a drama set at a fictional sketch comedy show. It's going to star Matthew Perry, Steven Weber, and D.L. Hughley.
I want my royalties if it's a hit.

I am so pissed that NBC canceled The Book Of Daniel. If a new show isn't a spin-off of Law & Order or CSI it doesn't stand much of a chance. I'm finding myself watching more and more BBC these days. (when I'm not engaged in a real-life drama that is)
