A man in Port Washington claims that Dr. Phil was the inspiration for him to scare his wife by kidnapping her and locking her in the trunk of a car.
What's even worse, he has grown children. It's an actual wonder that the county is somehow managing to actually gain population despite such residents.
Perhaps while he's getting mental treatment, they can remind him of the simpler times when all a man had to worry about was if his heifer would place at the County Fair.
