I have not had many celebrity encounters since moving to New York 4 years ago--save for Ethan Hawke, but everybody sees him, so he doesn't count.
Now I find out (via Gawker) that Martha Stewart's new show will be shooting from the studios a block away from my apartment. Said block is also home to FIT. I think this will create the most fabulous concentration of gayness in New York City outside of Pride. I'm no Martha fan, but I thoroughly welcome this development.

Oh, I'd love to have Martha as a neighbor. I actually have friends who lived near/knew her way back when before she was famous. Apparently everything we've heard is true. She is just as driven and sometimes manic as she's presented to be.
